I definitely enjoy these older videos more than the newer ones. With all do respect BBQ Pit Boys, it just kinda seems like the older ones were more about getting people to love BBQ and friendship. Again, I mean no disrespect by this comment, just my opinion. Happy grilling and thank you for everything !!

You need some butter (one stick) and maybe a little (one cup) of Guinness beer in there.

You should try to make "ossobuco".It's a little bit similar to this recipe but you use tomato puree instead of water.(Italian recipe)

Where do you find the beef bone? I can smell them steaks cooking and choking on the water in my mouth. How were your eye brows and whiskers after checking the bones? LOL! Seriously glad the flames didn't get you. Who is the trumpet player? That gravy is some good cornbread sopping eating too.

Nothin better then beef stew BBQ Pit Boys style.

To all you haters and food police out there. You had best go grab you a peanut butter sandwich and look away.

i love you guys, but imho that stew would have been a million times better if you had aromatic greens in the broth for the whole time (onions, garlic, peppers, carrot,...) Only add potatoes at the end...

Ok, I just made this exactly how you guys did, to include the SPG spice. It was awesome! My stomach's not letting me do spicy anymore, so if there is anyone out there that is in the same boat, just nix the red pepper flakes from the SPG spice and 1/2 the paprika. That spice btw, is the best on steaks. Everyone here raved about it. You guys rock!

Looks so delicious, but gotta say: It's hard to find beef bones, very hard at the super market, unless you go to an Asian store.  Grocery stores rarely have shanks or oxtails.  Never heard of beef bones in a stew or Goulash (as we Romanians call it) but it looks mighty good-only in Chicken broth.  It's a little heavy recipe, not for the low fat eater, but a delicious one nevertheless.

    Sean Newhouse

Well, it is a stew after all and like pretty much all in the culinary world you can throw it together how you want. At the end of the day, if it tastes good it is good. And if you think thats crazy I see that and more all the time in prepared meals
