Hi there! I really love your recipes, only the thing is I hate (nay loathe) cumin! There seems to be cumin everywhere. Of course I can leave it out but spice mixes like garam masala also contain cumin and are not as easily replaced. What would you recommend a cumin-loather like me? Thanks!

Lovely. I made it a few days ago and it tasted great. Perhaps even better after re-heating as the sauce thickened up.

Thumbs up, looks divine. Do you eat the peel of the squash or do you remove it just before eating?

Great recipe, as usual! I'll try it in the next few weeks, with the cold coming, it's going to be such a comfort food! By the way, I live in Québec. It's quite rare to see people from Montreal here on You Tube. ;)
