    I followed your recipe for crispy chicken using chicken thighs,  but the flour and Panko turned  into a doughy   mess on the underside if the thighs.   I ended up  washing all the  coating off  and    cooking them without the coating.

    Hey Big Meat.
    Since I've subscribed to your channel I have enjoyed your easy recipes. Your oven fried chicken will be my dinner
    tomorrow. I have never had oven fried chicken, but I will now after watching this video. I have been looking for two chicken wings recipes that will be economical, not too complicated to follow and something I know my family will enjoy. Unlike a particular tutorial I followed and cooked on hot wings. That recipe was everything I wanted as a home cook but recipe dam near turned my family against hot wings for good, though I personally don't eat spicy foods my family do. With all I've shared I am hoping you can help me with these two recipes. The first one is Chinese Fried Honey WIngs and Ranch Fried Wings. When I ask other Youtube
    chefs/cooks for a recipe request (the ones I have followed and cooked their dish). They all say the same dam thing that's IF they respond back. I've been told, "l will put it on their to do list or I will see what I can do." Since I've been subscriber I have not yet to see a video on a recipe I requested yet and I have been a subscriber for years. Don't let me down

    I did it with boneless breast 400 for 50 min and it came out with the flour still on the chicken not even Cooked 👎😢 it was epic fail

    I am soaking in buttermilk also. But using the egg with some of the leftover buttermilk. I watched EVERY youtube on oven baked chicken. Yours looked the best. Liked the tip about cornstarch...you are funny and your wife is adorable! Wish me luck! I like how easy this is. BTW I am a huge fail at frying chicken, the "new chickens" are too big lol! So I found a nice small chicken that I was told tasted like the way chicken once tasted when my grandmother fried it. Has anyone else noticed that these new super sized chickens don't taste like chicken? I know the new eggs I have been getting from a friend taste much better than store bought. Hmmmm, is it time to finally learn how to raise chickens? Naw.... I'd make pets out of them, name them then be unable to eat them.

    I got a question... always when I make oven fried chicken, whether I use breast, thighs, legs or whatever it always releases a lot of water during the baking process, resulting in a non-crispy and more kind of wet and gooey coating... any tips on how to prevent this from happening?
